I feel like I had just met Nick Barnes and all of the sudden I get a call to help In The Wee Hours Production with this project. I expect that they were extremely busy, so I’m glad I was able to co-produce this shoot for them. About half of the crew had been found before I came on board, but I also got to bring some of my own favorites to the team. I’m so glad to have met so many of these ‘new to me’ crew though! I really liked the work that Kayla and Krista Kummerl of the art department did for this shoot. They worked their butts off! And the other highlight was Susan Gebhard, whose food styling career has really take off since last we talked. Nick was so smooth and easy to work with, and connected with the models so effortlessly. The video director was pretty harsh in my opinion and I don’t know if I’d like to work with them again in the future.
