Medtronic Brand Guidelines – David Ellis

David Ellis and I battled through 16 versions of estimated to land this job for his repeat client Medtronic, but now through Lippincott agency, and it was totally worth it. Really, they just wanted to see so many options on how we would approach the project. There wasn’t anyone else bidding against us, so we knew we had it. Just took a while to figure out how we would be shooting this one. The creative team from Lippincott was really excellent to partner with. Their ideas and structure gave us the right amount of direction to collaborate through. The mix of models that we had was so perfect and we had a great summer setting in MN to capture indoors and green beautiful outdoor scenes. All of this went into a newly evolved set brand guidelines for Medtronic to use moving forward.
