This was one of the most fun and challenging shoots of my year. Zeno Group advertising in NY hired Tadd Myers to shoot some new material for Bernzomatic Propane Torches. Tadd’s natural skill for working with real life Makers and Crafts-people made him the obvious choice. The look and feel of Tadd’s shots are a perfect fit for the brand. The reason this one was challenging was because we couldn’t simply hire models to show up and do the tasks, we needed the people to performs these amazing and artistic works with confidence and ease. Tadd had a hot lead on one space and that maker space filled most of our schedule, plus a few more supplemental artists that I found elsewhere. These were some HOT Texas summer days, but we made it through, sweaty and all.
